Once an order is placed it can’t be changed or canceled.
Christmas Shipping
December 15th will be last day to place ground shipping order that will be shipped before Christmas, we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.
December 18th will be the last day to place UPS Next Day Air orders that will be shipped before Christmas, those will be guarantee delivery before Christmas.
December 22nd-26th no orders will be shipping, shipping will resume December 29th.
Most Items will be shipped within 4-7 business days Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Items might come in multiple shipments. Please read item description. All items will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage 3-6 days, USPS Priority 2-3 days and UPS Ground, these are estimates not guaranteed delivery times.
Most UPS Next Day Air orders will process same day but could take 2 business days.
Bracelets can take up to 7 business days to be shipped.
Free shipping will take 3-6 business days first class mail.
We offer shipping insurance on each order that covers loss, theft, and damage. If you choose not to purchase insurance you will be responsible for contacting and filling claims with the shipping service.
1. My order shipped to the wrong address- Please verify all information is correct before placing your order as it can not be changed or cancelled after. If the order is returned to us, a credit will be issued for the order-minus shipping.
2. Returns- Store credit only! Accepted within 7 days from delivery date. Please include name, email and order number in return package.
3. Damaged items/wrong size/missing items- please inspect all items and report damages/sizes/missing items to customer service email within 7 days of delivery. Photos must be provided for damaged items. Customer is not responsible for return shipping on damaged/wrong orders received. Please wait for return shipping label or further instruction before sending item back. No reimbursement will be given for shipping back items on your own.
4. Emails- customer service emails must be sent to info@kingmcneal.com Emails are answered M-F, 8 am-5 pm CST. Closed on all federal holidays. Please include your name, order number if available, question/comment and photos if necessary. Emails are answered in the order they are received, and can take up to 72 hours to receive a response. Emails received on weekends response time begins Monday morning or the following business day if a holiday. Please do not send multiple emails within that time frame as they move to the bottom of the order and will further delay a response.
5. How does the insurance work- insurance is offered in the event your order is lost, stolen or damaged. Please reach out to customer service if these incidences occur. Your order will be replaced if available. If not, a credit in the form of a gift card will be sent to you for the order. Insurance does not cover orders sent to the wrong address or items purchased in the wrong size/style.
6. Custom orders- at this time we are unable to offer customization options such as color changes, line name, chapter, etc. We do offer bulk orders on our products with a minimum of 30 to go into production. We suggest reaching out as far in advance as possible to your deadline as turnaround times may be 10-12 weeks.
