RETURN POLICY
All approved returns will receive a store credit, no exchanges will be allowed. You must email us at info@kingmcneal.com to initiate return.
**NO REFUNDS - STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS!
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
***Non-returnable merchandise include: Final sale products and accessories.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to The King McNeal Collection.
5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
6. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
**Please enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
Please email us the tracking number and order number of the package being sent back to expedite your return. If you do not send us the email your return will be delayed.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 1-2 weeks. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
